Every deliverable is reviewed by a lawyer licensed in the jurisdiction of your matter — a U.S. attorney for U.S. work, an SRA-regulated solicitor for English-law work, a Singapore-qualified advocate & solicitor for Singapore matters, and so on across the jurisdictions we cover. State- and province-specific work (for example, California, Delaware, New York, or a Canadian province) is reviewed by counsel admitted to that bar or law society. AI prepares the first pass; a locally-qualified human signs off before you see it. Points that are unsettled or jurisdiction-sensitive are highlighted with [VERIFY] markers so you always know where to apply your independent judgement.

No. We are a drafting and review service for qualified lawyers and in-house counsel. We do not issue advice to your client, we do not appear in court, and every deliverable is addressed to you as the supervising lawyer. You review, sign, and own the final product.

Professional and Enterprise tiers let you engage on multiple jurisdictions under a single retainer. Our reviewers hold common-law training across our seven target markets; your deliverable names the jurisdiction and cites local authorities.

All matters are stored on servers within your region of preference (US, EU, SG, IN). We sign your DPA at Enterprise. We never train models on your client data. Deletion on request.

Any month, for any reason. No minimum term, no exit fee. Unused task credits don’t roll over; we’d rather you pick the right tier than carry dead weight.
