Master Services Agreement

Between Acme Inc and Harbour Labs Pte Ltd — governed by the laws of Singapore.

Art. 3 — Services Party B shall provide the Services in accordance with the specifications and service levels set forth in the Statements of Work, with professional skill and care consistent with industry standards in the Territory.

Art. 7 — Limitation of Liability Aggregate liability shall not exceed two (2) times the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Carve-outs apply for confidentiality, wilful misconduct, and indemnification under Section 11.

Art. 12 — Data Protection All Personal Data shall be processed and stored within Singapore unless Party A provides prior written consent. A Data Processing Addendum shall form part of this Agreement.
