Built for practice

A reviewing advocate signs off on every page we deliver.

No unsupervised AI output. Every draft — contract, pleading, memo, opinion — is reviewed by a qualified legal professional before it leaves our bench. Uncertainties are flagged explicitly; we never paper over what a reviewer couldn't resolve.

Jurisdiction-aware

Drafts that read like they were written in the jurisdiction of the matter.

Boilerplate, statutory references, and procedural language adapt to the jurisdiction of each matter — from Indian High Court practice to US commercial drafting to Singapore arbitration conventions. No generic "international English" form templates.

Transparent scope

We are a legal support firm — not a substitute for the lawyer of record.

Every deliverable is issued for the reviewing advocate's final sign-off. We don't give legal advice to end clients; we produce reviewed drafts for qualified professionals who take carriage of the matter. The scope is exactly as tight as it sounds.

What law firms and in-house teams tell us they need.

Sampled from conversations with managing partners, in-house counsel, and litigation associates during pre-launch scoping.

Our associates spend the first two hours of every contract on boilerplate we've seen a thousand times. I need that work done — reviewed, jurisdiction-checked, filing-ready — before I open the document.
