§ 01

Scope & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services operated at legaldraft.org (the "Service") by Innoweb Innovations Pvt Ltd (CIN: U62099UP2024PTC202459), registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account, submitting a matter, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

§ 02

Nature of Service

The Service delivers two primary workflows: (i) generation of first-draft legal documents from structured instructions, and (ii) review of existing legal documents against applicable playbooks and risk frameworks. All work product is reviewed by a named qualified professional prior to delivery.

Deliverables are working drafts. Every deliverable must be reviewed and, where necessary, amended by a qualified advocate admitted in the relevant jurisdiction before use, filing, or execution.

§ 03

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter contracts.
Accounts are intended for qualified legal professionals, law firms, and corporate legal teams.
You represent that information you provide, including client data, has been provided to LegalDraft.org with appropriate authorisation and consent.

§ 04

Accounts & Data

Your email address and phone number serve as primary keys to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of these details and the confidentiality of your credentials.

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Matter data is retained for the duration of your engagement and for such additional period as required by applicable law.

§ 05

Confidentiality

All matter-specific information you submit is treated as confidential. Reviewers and drafters operate under written confidentiality obligations. We do not identify clients or matters in marketing materials without explicit written consent.

§ 06

Intellectual Property

Work product delivered to you is assigned to your firm upon payment, subject to our retention of underlying tools, playbooks, and methodologies. You may not resell the Service or redistribute playbook components separate from your own engagements.

§ 07

AI Use & Professional Review

We do not ship unreviewed AI output. The Service uses AI-assisted tooling to accelerate drafting. Every deliverable is reviewed by a qualified professional before it reaches you. Where uncertainty exists — jurisdictional ambiguity, atypical counterparty language, unresolved factual premises — the reviewer will flag the issue explicitly in the deliverable.

We make no unqualified claim of zero-error output. The Service does not replace the professional judgement of the reviewing advocate on your bench.

§ 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Innoweb Innovations Pvt Ltd in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

§ 09

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rules of law, disputes shall be referred to arbitration seated in New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
